Job Summary
Our Bike Mechanics are responsible for assisting in-store service operations, expertly providing quality tune‑ups and repairs, building bikes, and offering world‑class customer experience, contributing to the success of the team and the entire company.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.69/hr

Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities

Provide customer service to determine service needs.

Build new bikes and complete initial service/safety checks.

Complete routine maintenance; brake bleeds, derailleur adjustments, trueing wheels, suspension service etc.

Tune and repair bikes using the proper tools while following all safety procedures.

Assist in generating bike and accessory sales.

May be responsible for ordering tools, shop equipment, vendor warranty items or special orders based on shop needs.

Complete accurate work order paperwork and prioritize work orders in an expedient manner.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Previous experience with various bike components, service tools, and machinery.

Desire to learn and grow.

Passion for cycling / bicycles.

Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Ability to stand and move in an active for extended periods.

Experience in customer service preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
