Job Title: HVAC Instructor

Schedule: Full-time

Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30 am‑4 pm or 2 pm‑10:30 pm and Fri 7:30 am‑4 pm

Salary: $65,400‑$75,000 per year

Location: In‑person, Brockton, MA

Responsibilities

Provide quality instruction to students through well‑prepared classes, relevant assignments, fair assessment of learning, and clear documentation of student progress.

Support the academic success of all students.

Engage students with high energy level and excellent presentation skills.

Learn our practices and strategies quickly.

Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback.

Mentor and guide students of all levels to achieve their best.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

HVAC technician work experience: 3 years.

HVAC licensing: S1 or S2 (or B2 AND D2).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
