Position Details:
Schedule: 50–60 hours/week, Monday–Saturday availability preferred
Equipment: International truck with a Peterson mid-mount loader & dump bed
Compensation:
$25/hour starting pay
$200/month performance bonus opportunity
401(k) plan
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Your Responsibilities:
Operate grapple truck safely and efficiently on assigned routes
Load roadside vegetation debris from multiple sites daily
Light cleanup at each stop (minor raking/blowing)
Ensure all materials are loaded and disposed of properly
Communicate with team leads and follow safety protocols at all times
You’re a Great Fit If You:
have CDL Drivers License
Have experience operating grapple trucks or similar heavy equipment
Are dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Can work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
Take pride in doing high-quality, honest work that helps the community
