Position Details:

• Schedule: 50–60 hours/week, Monday–Saturday availability preferred
• Equipment: International truck with a Peterson mid-mount loader & dump bed
• Compensation:
  • $25/hour starting pay
  • $200/month performance bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate grapple truck safely and efficiently on assigned routes
• Load roadside vegetation debris from multiple sites daily
• Light cleanup at each stop (minor raking/blowing)
• Ensure all materials are loaded and disposed of properly
• Communicate with team leads and follow safety protocols at all times

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• have CDL Drivers License
• Have experience operating grapple trucks or similar heavy equipment
• Are dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Can work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
