Join the Kittle Property Group (KPG) team as a Property Manager at Landings at Belle Meadow Apartments and make a significant impact in our community. We're looking for a dedicated professional to lead on-site operations within the Affordable Housing Program.

What You'll Do

Lead property operations and guide your team to success.

Develop and manage annual budgets while maintaining occupancy levels.

Oversee the hiring, performance, and development of staff.

Ensure compliance with policies, manage rent collection, and handle delinquent accounts.

Direct marketing and leasing activities to maintain targeted occupancy.

Supervise maintenance and community relations, ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents.

Collaborate with the Regional Supervisor to achieve budgetary goals.

What We're Looking For

A high school diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of experience in property management.

Recommended certifications such as CAM or ARM.

Strong language, math, and reasoning skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

Commitment to ongoing training in fair housing, section 42, and leasing.
