Job Description
AECOM Hunt is seeking a Construction Project Engineering to be based in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Project Management team by overseeing construction administration tasks
Preparing subcontractor reports as needed to keep Supervisor and Client informed of ongoing progress
Participating in site visits, coordinating and assisting superintendent as required
Receiving, reviewing and submitting documents for approval (Submittals/RFIs/etc.)
Assisting project manager costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract
Working with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate
Attending meetings and reporting on project tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Construction Management or similar discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior Internship experience within the construction industry.
Experience working on a live construction site.
Experience engaging with multiple trades on a construction project.
