  • Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Current dates needed May 11-May 15th (7 am) June 27th-July 3 (7am) July 17-24 (7 am)
  • Schedule: Weekdays will be in clinic 4 hours-patients 12:00 pm-4:00pm, one day will be 8 hrs. clinic only-no call
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Stroke certified hospital, trauma level II
  • Scope of Work: Patients Per Shift:0-4, Beds in Department:10, Locum Call is for both, Call Type is Beeper, Call response time required is 30, Call ratio: daily, call back %; varies, Phone consults:0-4, Patients seen: 0-4, Admissions: 0-2. Must see pessary patients
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI License or IMLC, BLS.
  • EMR: Epic
  • Pay Rate: Clinic: $180/hr - $200/hr Weeknight Beeper $500 24/hr call $2200 - $2350
