Job Description
Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for Class A office projects
Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, sequencing, and schedules
Enforce safety standards and jobsite quality control
Ensure work conforms to drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, inspectors, and ownership teams
Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation
Proactively identify and resolve field challenges to avoid delays or rework

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Superintendent experience on Class A office construction projects
Local Atlanta market experience required
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage complex job sites
Proficient in reading plans, specifications, and schedules
OSHA certification preferred
