Responsibilities
Cut cables to spec and prep ends for assembly
Crimp pins/sockets and solder when needed
Install connectors, hoods, tags, and labels
Inspect, test, and package finished assemblies
Repair or modify existing cables to support production needs
Qualifications
Experience building cables using manual and automated tools
Skill with crimping/pinning equipment and hand tools
Ability to read electrical drawings
Solid soldering ability
Nice to Have
Background in cable or harness builds for automation equipment
Familiarity with cable ratings (e.g., UL)
Work Environment & Expectations
Clean, well-lit, air-conditioned facility; occasional travel to other locations
Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, Oracle)
Willingness to work overtime when production ramps up
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
