is seeking a
mid-level Civil Engineer
to join our team. Our group specializes in high-performing projects with a focus on the future in food and beverage, Federal, and industrial facility design. Our goal is to deliver excellent projects hand-in-hand with a positive experience for our clients and our communities alike. You’ll be asked to help grading and drainage design for new building sites, remodels, and additions as well as provide utility delivery, access road design, permitting, and construction support.
We are flexible on location—this role can be based in
Boise, ID; Minneapolis, MN; or Madison, WI.
Your Impact
Terrain modeling using AutoCAD Civil3D is a core part of our design process.
You will have latitude for decision making; we are not micromanaging.
Everyone on the team is expected to take ownership for project goals and success.
All projects undergo a thorough QA/QC process. You will be self‑motivated to deliver high quality work that satisfies clients and team members.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
1+ years of experience performing work requiring independent judgement and adaptation of engineering principles, procedures, and code requirements.
Experience in at least one of: land development, municipal utility design, water resources, or environmental engineering.
Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrologic analysis, grading, and related development designs.
Desire to learn to lead projects with senior oversight and mentoring.
Effective prioritization and deadline setting, with adaptability to change.
A problem‑solver who can learn and apply new technologies with senior support.
Strong oral and written communication skills with cross‑disciplinary team members.
Demonstrated self‑management and results delivery.
Capability to maintain and develop client relationships, recognizing and responding to client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
EIT preferred.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation InRoads, or OpenRoads Designer.
Experience with HydroCAD, AutoDesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis, HEC‑RAS, HydraFlow, or similar stormwater modeling software.
Foundation design experience.

Compensation
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $67,600 - $193,060
