Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Creekside at Taylor Square in Reynoldsburg, OH.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer
Pay of $32.00 - $34.00/hr. based on experience
PLUS quarterly bonus up to $1,000.00

What We Need from you
HVAC / Heat Pumps knowledge preferred
HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
40 hours per week
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
