What You’ll Be Doing
Complete resident work orders & apartment turns
Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Interior & exterior painting and light carpentry
Preventative maintenance tasks & grounds upkeep
Keep maintenance shop organized and safe
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 7 weeks)
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
Solid knowledge of:
Drywall, painting, and carpentry
Plumbing (copper pipe, toilets, fixtures)
Electrical (outlets, switches, lights)
Appliance repair (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, etc.)
Gas and electric water heaters
EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification a plus
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation REQUIRED
Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm) with on-call responsibilities
