Position:
Full-time Maintenance Technician
Schedule:
8:30-5:30 PM Monday through Friday. On-call every other week ($100 bonus for on-call weeks, min. 1.5 hrs for emergencies).
Compensation:
$22-24 hourly plus quarterly bonus up to $750.
Location:
239 Orville St., Fairborn, OH 45324
Responsibilities
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancy
Complete repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
Perform exterior structural maintenance as needed
Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in the maintenance field preferred
6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry
Plumbing and electrical experience
EPA Universal Certification a plus
CPO Certification a plus
Working knowledge of appliances (washers and dryers)
Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)

Bonus structure includes daily on-call for emergency maintenance ($100 per week and minimum 1.5 hrs paid time on call outs)
Quarterly bonuses up to $750 (up to $3,000 per year)
