
Production Operations Associate

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for retailers and vendors, representing the program professionally and confidently
Manage outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communications while maintaining strong partner relationships
Track retailer readiness and progress using Excel, including filters, pivot tables, formulas, and status tracking
Prioritize and manage large retailer and vendor lists based on readiness, program timelines, and state priorities
Explain technical and operational requirements clearly to non-technical audiences
Identify, analyze, and escalate blockers impacting retailer onboarding or readiness
Spot trends and patterns across retailers, vendors, and systems, and flag recurring issues
Adapt outreach strategies and sequencing based on changing program needs or data insights
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and move retailers forward
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through in a remote environment
Advanced Excel skills, including filters, pivot tables, formulas, and trackers
Experience working with large data sets and prioritizing effectively
Ability to translate technical requirements into plain language and engage confidently with external partners
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
