RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities
Own meeting logistics: scheduling, invites, reminders, agendas, and follow-ups
Capture detailed notes during working and testing sessions, including screenshots and action items, allowing SMEs to stay focused on execution
Create and manage testing logs, track issues, and call out discrepancies or blockers
Track deliverables, action items, and status updates; proactively follow up to ensure progress
Provide clear, tailored updates-quick pings for leadership and more detailed updates for executive stakeholders
Coordinate training sessions: calendaring, ensuring participant readiness, tracking attendance, and follow-up
Support go-live and hypercare activities, including initial triage and routing issues to IT vs. business/functional teams
Assist with post-deployment stabilization and ongoing communication

REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience in Business Analysis, project coordination, or testing support roles
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Experience supporting testing cycles, issue tracking, and release coordination
Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding system changes (Java familiarity or automation exposure is a plus, but not required)
Ability to juggle many stakeholders and priorities in a fast-moving environment
Proven ability to drive structure, follow-through, and accountability

Nice to Have
Familiarity with system replacements or modernization initiatives
Experience supporting retirements of legacy platforms
Exposure to automation or web-based enterprise applications
Prior hypercare or post-go-live support experience

Compensation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
