Position Highlights

- Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
- No nights
- No weekend call
- Patient volume of approximately 20-24 patients per day

- Provide comprehensive women's health and primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Support quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
- Master of Science in Nursing required
- Active Nurse Practitioner certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified Nurse Practitioner required
- Clinical rotations during training do not count toward required experience under this requirement
- Women's health and/or primary care experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with ability to conduct full patient assessments without an interpreter
