Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate primary and women's health care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about community health, patient advocacy, and making a meaningful impact in an established Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive women's health and primary care services in an outpatient setting
  • Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, and support staff to coordinate patient care
  • Support quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
Qualifications
  • Master of Science in Nursing required
  • Active Nurse Practitioner certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified Nurse Practitioner required
    • Clinical rotations during training do not count toward required experience under this requirement
  • Women's health and/or primary care experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with ability to conduct full patient assessments without an interpreter
