Job Description
MSI, LLC has been serving Homeowners Associations of the Colorado Front Range since October 1982. Job Summary
Vista Ridge Community Center is seeking a part-time, hourly Front Desk Associate with hourly pay rate at $15.16. This is a part-time position with varied hours that include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is required. You may be asked to work major summer holidays (e.g., Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day). Depending on the offer, this may be seasonal or year-round.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision and direction of the Vista Ridge Community Center and managers, Front Desk Associates are responsible for greeting and checking in residents and collecting guest fees from members as they enter the facility, as well as signing members up, renewing existing memberships, and booking room rentals for residents and non-residents.

Greeting residents upon entry and ensuring valid membership (EVERYONE entering is scanned in)

Collecting guest fees and accounting for receipts for nightly reconciliation

Enforcing the rules of the VRCC/VRHOA

Signing new residents up for a membership and ensuring proper steps are followed for each member type

Renewing existing memberships and ensuring proper steps are followed for each member type

Booking room rentals for both residents and non-residents and following proper SOP

Setting up/tearing down room rentals and setting up for VRCC events

Working occasional events with VRCC Managers that may include weekends and holidays

Checking hot tub chemicals in fall/winter/spring to ensure safety levels

Walking community center grounds and ensuring trash is picked up and areas look tidy

Maintaining resident relationships with a calm and friendly demeanor

Maintaining proper etiquette over the phone and in person

Inspecting facilities to ensure safety standards are maintained

Providing general information about the community center

Assisting in daily revenue closeouts and balancing money handling several times daily

Assisting and responding to resident inquiries and complaints in person or via shared email

Being present at the front desk at all times unless performing other job duties

Problem solving on your own and assisting in any situation a member or team member needs

Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor or VR manager

Requirements

Ability to make intelligent decisions independently (problem solving)

Ability to work well independently and on a team

Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to take initiative

Ability to stay on task with limited supervision

Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and punctual
