We have an immediate need for a locum Hematologist / Oncologist for our veteran population at the VA Central California Health Care System in Fresno, CA. These roles offer an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in veterans lives while experiencing the beauty of Central California.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care for adult patients
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Utilize advanced EMR and AI-based charting systems
• Participate in quality improvement, research, or leadership initiatives as desired

Must have completed a residency and be Board Certified /Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Hematology.
Credentialling and onboarding takes approximately 4-6 weeks.

Hours & Schedule:
- Standard Administrative Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am 4:30pm (excluding federal holidays).
- No on-call or call back required
- Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school- written explanations are accepted
- One active, unrestricted Medical License in any state
- Current DEA
- BLS- American Heart Association (AHA) required and ACLS
- 3 Current References
- Signed LOI
