Overview:
As an LPN in our IDD program, you will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each individual's health, safety, and well-being are prioritized. This position is ideal for compassionate, detail-oriented nurses committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Required Skills:

• State of Pennsylvania LPN licensure in good standing
• Knowledge of IDD care protocols and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in an ICF or residential care setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems
• CPR certification
• Basic skills in behavior management and patient advocacy

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or equivalent from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or residential care environment, preferably with individuals with IDD

Other Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when necessary
• Staying current with all required certifications and licensure renewals
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential evenings or weekends
