Job Summary
We are a $1B+ National Commercial General Contractor based in the Southeast with a growing office in Fort Myers. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large commercial construction projects in the region.
Responsibilities
Oversee construction schedules and milestones
Manage project budgets and costs
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Communicate project status with clients and stakeholders
Lead on‑site project meetings and reviews
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in construction management
Extensive experience with commercial projects preferred
