About The Role
As a vital member of our electrical team, you will work collaboratively alongside experienced professionals and forward‑thinking managers. You’ll have the opportunity to maintain and service a wide range of electrical components at our diverse locations, including high‑tech plants, advanced scale houses, and our mechanic shop.
Take on the challenge of working with robust 480‑volt equipment.
Execute assigned tasks and projects with precision, following the direction of our knowledgeable supervisors.
Take ownership of creating and maintaining a safe work environment—for yourself and your colleagues.
Step up and assist with general labor duties when required, showcasing your flexibility and dedication.
Consistency matters—regular and reliable attendance ensures you’re an integral part of our team.
Take on other exciting responsibilities as assigned, growing your skills and experience.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid state motor vehicle permit for operating carts and forklift trucks during installations.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Three to five years of progressively responsible experience as an electrician.
What You Can Expect
Must be 18+ years of age.
Pre‑employment physical, drug screening, and criminal background check required.
This is a Safety Sensitive position—travel may be part of your job, and safety comes first.
Strict compliance with all safety protocols and procedures as outlined in our Employee Handbook.
Teamwork is essential—be ready to help and collaborate with co‑workers and supervisors as needed.
Willingness to travel and work away from home for short or extended periods.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as operational needs arise.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas, including Face Shield, Safety (hard‑toe) Shoes, and Coveralls, in accordance with OSHA/MSHA regulations.
Commitment to full OSHA/MSHA compliance always.
Skills & Knowledge
Expertise in precision work with minimal tolerances.
Exceptional attention to detail and your focus ensures the safe flow of electrical power throughout our operations.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
Lift and move objects weighing up to 25‑50 lbs as needed.
Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.
Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.
