Pediatrician Full-Time Brawley, CA Compensation: $300,000 $330,000 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 Housing Stipend: $2,000/month (up to 1 year) Role Overview We re seeking a full-time Pediatrician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in a community-focused outpatient and inpatient setting. This role offers strong compensation, housing support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved region. What You ll Do Deliver high-quality pediatric care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of common childhood illnesses and minor injuries Manage care for pediatric patients with chronic conditions Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and treatment plans Educate patients and families on health, nutrition, and development Collaborate with advanced practice providers and nursing staff Refer patients to specialists when appropriate Participate in team huddles, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives Support medical home (PCMH) care coordination efforts Serve as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA students, as requested Rotate between clinic locations as needed Required Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Active California medical license Current DEA registration CPR/BLS certification Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions Why This Opportunity This position is ideal for a pediatrician seeking excellent compensation, housing assistance, and the chance to build long-term relationships with patients and families.
