A Snapshot of Your Day
Will be loading and unloading furnaces with crucibles containing cores. As well as unpacking the cores from the crucibles and completing required testing for the cores in the Gibsonton Florida location.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Operating electric and gas kilns.
Loading and unloading ovens using both forklift and other lifting devices.
Filling out kiln load maps to track where in the kilns the cores are located and inspecting the cores for any potential defects.
Recording collected data from testing into the correct location.
Cleaning, maintaining the unpack and kiln room and equipment for organization and safety.
Other duties assigned and cross‑training as needed.
What You Bring
Evidence of a completed High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Knowledge of or interest in industrial machinery, able to perform basic math functions using metric system and to read Engineering instructions.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
