• EMR: EPIC with Dragon dictation
• Trauma Level: IV

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Specialties Accepted: Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS
• Residents accepted with moonlighting approval
• Case logs required for 2 years
• Must have actual state license board certification in hand
• Active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand
