Team Member , you're the engine behind the burger magic. You bring the flavor, the friendliness, and the fun. You'll learn the ropes, master the stations, and help make every guest's visit something worth craving.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve up smiles and tasty vibes at the counter, drive-thru, or dining room
Rock out in the kitchen-grilling, frying, building burgers like a boss
Keep things clean, safe, and stocked
Work fast, stay cool, and handle the heat like a pro
Communicate and collaborate with your squad
Jump in wherever needed-you're a team player all day, every day
Deliver 10/10 energy, even during the lunch rush
What You Bring:
A positive attitude and a love for people
Willingness to learn and hustle
Ability to handle a fast-paced (but fun) environment
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Great communication and teamwork skills
16+ years old (depending on local laws)
