You will manage support interactions, assist users with Cloud related issues, and ensure service quality through metrics reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, have 2–4 years of cloud engineering experience, and possess a Security+ certification. The position allows for work in Ventura, CA or remote.
