$20 to $27 per hour DOE | Full-time | On-Site
SERVPRO is looking for a Customer Intake & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help guide customers through the first steps of the restoration process during what can be a stressful time. Your ability to stay calm, organized, and responsive will help set the tone for their entire experience.

What You Will Do
Answer incoming calls, emails, and service requests from customers and partners
Gather and enter accurate job information into internal systems during intake
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and availability
Prioritize emergency calls and coordinate rapid response when needed
Keep customers informed on scheduling, delays, and next steps
Handle customer questions, concerns, and scheduling conflicts in a professional and empathetic way
What We Are Looking For
2 to 3 years of customer service, administrative, or dispatch experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent or high-pressure situations
Preferred but Not Required
Previous dispatch or scheduling experience
Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries
Familiarity with job tracking or CRM systems
Knowledge of local service areas
