Physician - Cardiology

Job Details:

Provide comprehensive cardiac care as a Board Certified General Cardiologist

Weekend and extended locum tenens assignment coverage

24-hour call coverage from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Saturday

Hospital and inpatient responsibilities with no clinic duties

Work alongside three inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for team support

Utilize Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Perform and interpret echocardiography procedures

Conduct treadmill stress tests and chemical stress tests

Interpret diagnostic cardiac studies

Must be Board Certified in Cardiology

Active Michigan license required

Must reside in Michigan or nearby for drive-in coverage (no flights)

Clean background check required for expedited credentialing
