Coverage Needed

• Schedule: 24-hour call, 6am-6am, Monday to Friday
  • Sunday through Saturday, including both hospital and clinic call responsibilities
• Open Dates:
  • May 4 (6am) - May 7 (6am)
  • June 15 (6am) - June 22 (6am)
  • July 31 (6am) - August 7 (6pm)
  • August 10 (6am) - August 17 (6am)
  • August 28 (6am) - September 4 (6pm)

Clinical Details

• Specialty: Cardiology
• Coverage Type: Inpatient and call, no clinic
• Support Staff: Three (3) inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who work alongside and assist the inpatient cardiology provider
• EMR: Cerner
• Required Procedures and Skills:
  • Echocardiography
  • Treadmill stress tests
  • Chemical stress tests
  • Ability to interpret the above diagnostic studies

Requirements

• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Active MI license
• Must reside in or near Michigan, drive-in only - no flights
• Clean background for quick credentialing
• Availability based on dates listed above
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required
• Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month)
