Job Title
Civil Engineer – Construction Management (Full-time)
Responsibilities
Support Construction Management activities on project sites, including construction administrative duties, schedule reviews, submittal coordination, and project meetings. Assist construction manager, project manager, or project coordinator with tasks such as field verifications, witness testing, site visits, and office support like preparing contract documents, bid verifications, checking contractor drawings, reviewing contractor schedules and pay applications, preparing change orders, and general construction administration assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
One year of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency depends on project demands.
Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to obtain Engineer-in-Training and pursuing a Professional Engineering license.
Travel Requirements
Approximately 5% travel.
Skills and Abilities
Intermediate knowledge of computer-assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
Basic knowledge of engineering principles of design.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft business software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
