Board certified hematology and oncology or truly board eligible
Ohio license - highly preferred

Practice setting: Outpatient cancer center
Reason for coverage: Maternity leave coverage
Patient population: Adult and geriatric
Case mix: 60% hematology, 40% oncology
Average outpatient volume: 13 patients per day
Average hospital rounding volume: 2 patients per day
Number of physicians in practice: 1
APP support: 1 APP
Administration of chemotherapy handled by nurse oncologist
Facility trauma level: Level II trauma center
Credentialing time frame: 120 days
EMR: Epic
