Credentialing time frame: Estimated 16 weeks

Requirements
Active Ohio license
Board certified
BLS
ACLS

Conventional radiotherapy
3D radiotherapy
External beam radiation - 3D-CRT
External beam radiation - IGRT
External beam radiation - IMRT
Orders tests
Orders images
Prescribes

Assignment Details
Practice setting: Outpatient
Reason for coverage: Vacation coverage for a single-physician practice
Average outpatient volume: 18-30 patients per day
Patient population: Adult
Support staff: One APP, no other radiation oncologists available
Facility trauma level: Level 3
EMR: Epic
RT system: Mosaiq
