Locations:
Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Oxnard, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Glendale, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, San Diego, Stockton, Vacaville.
All interviews are expected to be held in person at one of the following locations based upon candidate’s closest geographical area: Sacramento, Fresno, Glendale, Santa Ana, and potentially Riverside. Location and interview format subject to change at State Fund’s discretion.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and DWC laws and regulations
Proactively and independently manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventory
Collaborate with a team of claims professionals and other stakeholders
Serve as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staff
Ensure delivery of a high-quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job duties
Qualifications
A positive problem solver with a customer service mindset
Driven to excel even while working virtually
A great networker and communicator
Able to effectively manage a workers' compensation insurance claims caseload
Organized, great with time management, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $4,470 - $7,628.00 - New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
