About the Role

Culmen International, LLC is hiring for an

Instructions & Document Control Administrative support

to provide professional administrative services in support of the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Director for Administration (DFA), Deputy DFA, and Director for Resource Management.
This position is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
What You'll Do in Your New Role

Manage the coordination, issuance, and updates of all Command and higher-level directives (i.e., Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.) (Daily).

Maintain directive/instructions filing systems and track compliance (Weekly).
Generate, disseminate, and file appointment letters (Biweekly).
Support the identification, development and issuances of SOPs for command-wide processes (Monthly/Quarterly).
Ensure command directives such as instructions are reviewed and updated according to Navy and DoD requirements (Annually).
Required Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Associate degree in business and a clerical field with two (2) years' experience or documented administrative experience of four (4) years or greater.
Proficient in basic office functions and records management.
Experience in supporting staff at a major corporation or military command.
Must have excellent interpersonal, oral communication and written skills.
Displays discretion, good judgment, organizational or management ability, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Fluent with computer software, including the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Qualify for CAC issuance and IT access.
Comply with Cybersecurity and Security protocols per DoDM 5200.2.
Comply with recurring Operations Security (OPSEC) training requirements.
