Executive, Events, And VIP Visit Coordination Support
Culmen International, LLC is hiring for an Executive, Events, and VIP Visit Coordination Support to provide professional administrative services in support of the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Director for Administration (DFA), Deputy DFA, and Director for Resource Management.
The position is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
What You'll Do in Your New Role
Provide administrative support for the CO's (O-6) Executive Steering Committee (Weekly/Biweekly).
Provide administrative support for XO and Director led meetings (Weekly).
Provide administrative support for the Directorate of Administration's Department Head Meeting (Biweekly).
Arrange logistics, coordinate and schedule Command ceremonies, All Hands meetings, and Command award presentations (monthly/quarterly).
Coordinate with the command's public affairs department on managing VIP visits and external high visibility meetings, including scheduling, logistical arrangements, and protocol requirements (monthly/quarterly).
Required Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
High School Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software to include Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Publisher
Experience with event planning and coordinating meetings
Must have excellent written and verbal skills to include writing/editing skills
Qualify for CAC issuance and IT access.
Comply with Cybersecurity and Security protocols per DoDM 5200.2.
Comply with recurring Operations Security (OPSEC) training requirements.
