Licenses & Certifications- NY State License (Active, Required)
- Board Certified (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Dates: July-January
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Patient Load: 25-35 patients per day
- Support Staff: 1 LPN, RN, or MA per 12 patients
- Location Focus: Primarily Clifton Springs, with possible float support
- Notes: Open to flexible scheduling
- Minimum 3 years of recent dermatology PA experience
- Recent EPIC experience required
