Nephrology Physician

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position
- Diagnose and manage CKD, ESRD, AKI, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and glomerular disease
- Provide inpatient consults and maintain outpatient clinic
- Oversee dialysis care (inpatient, in-center HD, and home modalities)
- Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care teams
- Participate in shared call rotation ( 10 days/month)
