NexGen Roofing is hiring for a HOA Business Development Liason for our Roofing Division. NexGen is offering some of the most advanced programs to our already flourishing HOA Roofing Division and we are looking for the right person to grow and build with us!

NexGen Roofing is seeking a highly connected, experienced, and driven HOA Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our HOA division across Colorado. This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue through strategic relationships with HOA managers and management companies while delivering long-term value through our Peak Protection Plan (PPP) and roof replacement services . We’re looking for a self-starter who already has relationships in the HOA property management space , understands roofing and insurance claims, and can confidently sell services that protect and improve entire communities.

Key Responsibilities

Sell and Promote the Peak Protection Plan (PPP) – our subscription-based roof maintenance & service plan for multi-family HOA communities.

Host & Present our certified Continuing Education (CE) course for Community Association Managers across Colorado.

Build Relationships with HOA managers, property management companies, and board members to become the go-to roofing resource for communities.

Inspect Roofs and Assist in Estimating basic maintenance items and large-scale replacement opportunities.

Generate Proposals and service agreements tailored to community needs.

Act as the Designated Liaison between NexGen Roofing and HOA clients, ensuring follow-through on all services, communications, and standards.

Close Major Roofing Projects – including full roof replacements and insurance-based storm restoration work.

Report Weekly Progress and manage pipeline within CRM (JobNimbus).

Compensation & Commission Structure

Base Salary + Commission Hybrid Model

Commission on each signed Peak Protection Plan (recurring monthly % possible)

Large bonuses for full roof replacement contracts (storm damage or capital improvements)

Performance Bonuses

Residual Commission on subscription renewals and multi-year contracts

Potential to earn six figures within 12–18 months

Ideal Candidate Has:

3+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales

Deep relationships with HOA managers and property management companies

Experience with roof inspections, takeoffs, and estimating

Strong public speaking skills (for presenting CE courses)

Driven, reliable, organized, and personable

Experience managing multiple ongoing projects and accounts

Self-motivated with a hunter mentality

Familiar with CRM tools (JobNimbus preferred)

Build a residual book of business with monthly commission payouts

Become the face of NexGen Roofing for Colorado’s HOA communities

Help expand our HOA model to new markets in the future

Job Type

Full-time, Part-time (Remote & In-Office)

Pay

$65,980.00 - $120,893.00 per year plus bonuses

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay
