We are recruiting a Commercial Account Manager for one of the nation's premier roofing and exteriors contractors. They are a high-growth, well-capitalized industry leader with a massive national footprint and a dedicated focus on expanding our commercial division in the Nebraska market. Forget spending 80% of your time hunting for leads. Our client has a dedicated Business Development engine that handles the initial relationship building and lead generation.
Your role starts when the lead is ready.
You will:
Perform property inspections and assessments.
Develop comprehensive bids for Multi-Family, HOA, Commercial, and Industrial accounts.
Leverage our massive infrastructure to close high-value contracts.
