Can you walk into a room and leave with a relationship?
We're recruiting a Business Development Representative on behalf of one of the largest roofing and exteriors contractors in the US. PE-backed, branches across multiple states, and scaling their commercial division in key markets. This role is about generating leads and building relationships with property managers, developers, and HOAs through trade shows, networking groups, and direct outreach. When an opportunity is ready to move to a bid, the account management team takes it from there. Your job is to keep the pipeline full and stay close to your contacts throughout.
What's on offer:
$70,000 to $90,000 base depending on experience
1% commission on contract value for every deal that closes from your pipeline
Full product offering behind you including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters
What you'll need:
Character, drive, and the ability to go out and win trust with people, this is the primary requirement
B2B relationship selling or business development experience in any sector
Roofing knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement, if you're connected into commercial property contacts that's the bigger advantage
