We’re looking for a Design Lead, Lead Generation to own the strategy, design, and performance of high-impact digital experiences that convert prospects into sales leads.

This is a hybrid leadership and hands-on role , ideal for someone who thrives both as a people leader and individual contributor . You’ll lead a small team while actively designing and optimizing bespoke landing pages, lead capture flows, and conversion experiences that directly drive revenue outcomes.

You’ll play a critical role in improving how digital experiences perform — continuously refining and optimizing landing pages to increase conversion rates and lead quality.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end design and optimization of lead generation experiences, including landing pages, forms, and conversion flows

Create and refine bespoke landing pages designed to increase conversion rates and drive sales-qualified leads

Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices across layout, hierarchy, messaging, and CTAs

Continuously test and iterate — running A/B and multivariate experiments to improve performance

Use analytics and user behavior insights to improve both lead quality and volume

Work hands-on in Figma and Webflow to design, build, and deploy experiences quickly

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital design , with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion-driven work

Proven track record of designing landing pages and flows that improve conversion rates

Strong hands-on experience with Webflow (building and deploying, not just designing)

Advanced proficiency in Figma , including systems-based design and prototyping

Deep understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and performance-driven design

Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions

Experience working cross-functionally and, ideally, with external development partners

Prior experience leading or mentoring designers

Nice to Have

Experience in multi-location, franchise, or service-based business models

Familiarity with home services, home improvement, or lifestyle brands

Experience in fast-paced, in-house or agency environments

Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar , or similar platforms
