Staffing Coordinator, CNA
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines.
Coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services; plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for residents; distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility; and ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
Strong sense of personal organization and time management
Impeccable attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
