Goodyear operates more than 580 tire and auto service centers nationwide, providing a fast‑paced work environment and competitive base pay.

Starting pay is $20.00/hr, with base pay varying based on experience and location. Selected candidates may be eligible for benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.

Responsibilities

Perform tire and automotive services (including fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, brake repairs and other mobile services) while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Maintain independence on assigned routes – safely driving between appointments while representing Goodyear and conducting proper safety checks when preparing for and performing service.

Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining the service process, while fully understanding the customer's needs and demonstrating proficient knowledge of our products and services (including warranties, promotions and advertisements).

Perform a variety of manual tasks (including pre‑preparation of equipment, loading vehicles, cleaning‑up the worksite and product reconciliation).

Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting.

Opportunity to travel to other cities outside of your home market to train others or receive additional training on new technology and techniques.

Basic Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

A valid driver’s license.

Six‑month automotive experience.

No relocation is being offered for this position.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Three months of customer service experience is preferred.

Work may include some weekends and holiday shifts, depending on location and business needs.
