What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
Handle
day-to-day bookkeeping
including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
Manage
accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform
bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with
month-end close and financial reporting
Support clients with financial questions and provide insights
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm processes
Requirements
Required:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in a CPA firm or outsourced accounting environment
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
