NOMATIC’s Finance team is seeking a driven, experienced, and self-motivated
Senior Accountant
to support the company’s financial operations and report directly to the Controller. This role is ideal for someone with strong general accounting experience and at least two years of experience in an accounting department.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Assist with payroll in partnership with NOMATIC’s outsourced payroll provider, Helpside
Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank statements and accounting systems
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements for leadership in accordance with GAAP
Help establish and enforce accounting methods, policies, and procedures
Maintain accurate fiscal records and supporting documentation for financial transactions
Identify financial trends and budget opportunities, and proactively recommend cost-saving measures
Create and maintain departmental budgets and monitor actual results against forecast
Maintain and update cash flow forecasts
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks and Luminous preferred
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with and analyze large data sets
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, growing company environment
