The internship/co‑op term is from June 2026 to June 2027. This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week).
Purpose
Reporting to the
Finance People Leader , this role supports the organization from a finance control standpoint. The Finance Co‑Op will utilize financial and general business knowledge to provide analysis and support across areas such as profit and loss, balance sheet, SOX cycles, and inventory accounts. This role offers hands‑on exposure to real‑world finance operations within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal and external financial audits
Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare business vs. actuals reports
Provide financial analysis and support related to P&L, balance sheet, SOX cycles, and inventory accounts
Maintain and update transition binders
Support record retention activities
Assist the team with ad hoc finance requests
Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to the next level of management
Ensure personal and company compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
Currently pursuing a major or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
Strong academic standing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑functional environment
Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour, based on the candidate’s program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience. Co‑Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in company‑sponsored employee medical benefits and the company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension). They are also eligible for sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year, or up to 56 hours for employees residing in the State of Washington.
