Position Overview
Second‑Shift Warehouse Selector at Distribution Center, Aberdeen, MD.
Pay & Incentives
Starting hourly rate: $21.95 with $1.00 shift differential. After 6 months $22.39. Maximum rate $26.34.
Two pay raises in first year.
Freezer differential $0.08/hr.
Hourly incentive based on performance; up to $2.17/hr after training.
Base pay and incentives paid weekly.
Work Schedule
Sunday‑Thursday 4:00 p.m. – until work is complete.
Friday & Saturday – days off.

Responsibilities
You will be on your feet for 10 hours per shift, lifting up to 100 lbs, and working in freezer conditions.
Qualifications
Age 18 or older.
Able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
Can work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Pass a drug test and background check.
