
Branch Coordinator

The Branch Coordinator works closely with and provides operational support to the Branch Manager to fulfill the daily requirements needed to continually improve branch performance, provide excellent customer service, and support operational efficiency. Branch Coordinator is primarily responsible for dispatching, transportation and customer service aspects of branch operations.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the branch sales team
Assist in tracking pipeline activity, ensuring opportunities are updated, accurate, and progressing in Salesforce
Serve as branch Contract Coordinator for all lease and sales agreements, ensuring & supporting accuracy and timely processing
Collaborate with Corporate Sales Administration to align processes and support branch operations
Assist Branch Manager with meeting prep (sales meetings, operations reviews, key account updates)
Assist in managing and coordinating customer relations matters
Coordinate transportation-related customer communication and inquiries
Dispatch assets by assigning in-house or third-party drivers to meet delivery and pickup deadlines
Maintain and update Salesforce with customer orders, delivery schedules, and internal communications
Coordinate pickup of raw materials and supplies with the Production/Quality Control Manager
Support compliance with DOT requirements, including truck certifications, registrations, and inspections
Oversee inspections and reporting of defects for company vehicles and yard equipment in collaboration with branch and corporate leadership
Organize schedules and workflow for assigned staff
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and vendor partners through effective communication

Qualifications
Associates degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field required or equivalent in experience, training, and education
2 years demonstrated success in dispatching required
2 years minimum experience in business administration and customer service required
2 years minimum experience in transportation industry or field required, modular industry preferred
A current valid license and good driving record preferred
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, keeping on-task
Good communications skills to interact with internal team, external partners, and support customer service needs
Ability to take direction, manage timelines & deadlines, and offer trouble shooting solutions as needed
Have a solid work ethic that includes doing the right thing, being reliable, trustworthy and honest
