Maintaining Supplies
Responsible for stocking and maintaining supplies in the kitchen and conference rooms each morning.
Oversee office supply management, including ordering, inventory control, maintaining the supply closet, and coordinating employee special requests.
Maintain copiers and mail machines and contact vendors when copiers are out of order.
Administrative/Office Support
Cover reception for breaks, lunch and absences.
Frequent delivery requests include transporting documents to the courthouse, post office, and bank.
Coordinate firm lunches and client meetings.
Partner on the planning and organization of firm events, i.e.: holiday, retirement, summer BBQ.
Maintain daily sign in sheets and replenish as needed. Original sheets filed and scanned annually.
Sort and distribute mail when delivered during shift.
Collaborate with reception on coordinating conference room schedules.
Assist in scanning and closing files utilizing the LEAP system.
Help maintain cleanliness of building exterior, sweep steps, clean up trash left outside.
Snow shoveling and de‑icing during daytime hours.
Assist with trash and clean bathrooms in the absence of maintenance.
Other duties as assigned and as needed.
Requirements
1‑2 years of professional office experience.
Valid license and reliable transportation for deliveries and supply pick up.
Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand on a 5‑foot ladder, and use stairs frequently.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
Highest standard of professionalism and integrity.
Education and other designations
High school diploma or GED.
