
Receptionist/ Admin Assistant

Duration: 6 Months, possible extension
Setup: 100% in office
The
Administrative Assistant
will serve as a key member of the administrative support team, providing front desk coverage, office coordination, and general administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment
Answer and route incoming phone calls and provide general office information
Manage office supplies, kitchen areas, and coordinate maintenance requests
Handle mail distribution, courier packages, and certified mail processing
Process invoices and assist with accounts payable tasks
Provide administrative support such as expense reports, travel arrangements, and general correspondence
Coordinate conference room reservations and assist with meeting setup and visitor hospitality
Support special projects and provide backup assistance to the broader administrative team
Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
